TECHNOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL INNOVATION IN THE CONTEXT OF FAMILY ENTERPRISES (ITSEF)
The program is based on research and practices focused on the themes of Technological Innovation, Social Innovation, Organizational Innovation, Managerial and Entrepreneurial Innovations in the context of Family Business.
These researches allowed us to come across theoretical approaches of social and technological innovations and to compare practices in order to create a specific support system for entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs of family businesses, who have innovative projects that want to develop their activities.
This family businesses pioneering work, sheds the light on Social, Organizational and Technological innovations and opens up new unprecedented tracks of research and application.
PROFESSIONAL DOCTORAL PROGRAM:
The professional doctoral program aims to train professionals, students and consultants to meet the necessary challenges for the creation, recovery, development of family businesses through social and technological innovation.
Based on the principles of the active participation of learners in their own training and the personalization of courses, the program includes teaching general research methodologies, theoretical and methodological specialization, and optional trainings (Innovation Management, Social and solidarity economy, Entrepreneurship, Intrapreneurship ...).
Closely associated with the research and teaching activities of the faculty of the IHE Group's Scientific Committee and Experts, learners have one to three years of experience to complete their personal research project. These years are also the occasion to concretize their projects in parallel with the applied research.
The main objective of a Professional Doctoral Program is the acquisition of basic skills in Social and Technological innovation and in family entrepreneurship. This acquisition demonstrates the realization of a research project of great scope and quality:---> The professional Thesis.
These courses are delivered in the form of knowledge modules, through exchanges taking place in regular workshops and through other internal or external resources (courses and seminars)
The program seeks to enhance:

Three fundamental curricula represent:
1. General Epistemology and Methodology
2. Theoretical and methodological specialization according to the thesis theme
